Can you work with a vibe-coded prototype?
Yes. We first inspect the product, code, dependencies, data, and delivery setup. The prototype may contain valuable product learning and usable implementation. Recommendations are based on evidence, not assumptions about how the code was created.
Will you rewrite everything?
No. A rewrite is not the default. We identify what is sound, what creates material risk, and where incremental improvement is the better decision. Replacement is recommended only when the expected benefit justifies the disruption.
Do you work with non-technical founders?

We typically work for a fee. A clearly defined project can use a fixed price; evolving requirements or temporary team support usually use an hourly rate. The introductory call is free. Before any paid work, you receive a proposed scope and transparent estimate, so you can decide without an automatic commitment. Equity is generally not a substitute for payment, though a small component may be considered separately in rare long-term cases.
How quickly can an engagement start?
That depends on current availability and the scope. The introductory call is used to understand urgency and determine whether a small assessment or another focused first step is realistic.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
Your company retains its data and existing assets. New ownership, access, licensing, repositories, cloud accounts, and handover expectations are agreed before work starts so the setup supports your long-term independence.
Can you continue after the initial engagement?
Yes, when continued support is useful and capacity is available. That may be another bounded project, ongoing technical guidance, or temporary delivery support. There is no automatic long-term commitment.
How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive startup data?
We clarify access, data sensitivity, environments, and external services before work begins. Confidential material is limited to the people and systems required for the engagement, and additional contractual requirements can be discussed before access is granted.
