In your report the next day

Your basis for the next decision

  1. 01

    What can be automated?

Practical technical approaches that fit your workflow and existing tools.

  2. 02

    What could it save?

An initial assessment of time savings and opportunities to reduce manual work.

  3. 03

    What would it cost?

A rough implementation cost range and a first assessment of whether it could pay off.

You decide whether, when, and with whom to implement it.

For small and medium-sized businesses

Start with the work that keeps repeating.

Whether you run a service business, a trading company or a manufacturing business: bring a task your team knows well. These are examples of where we can start.

Entering data twice

Your team copies customer or order details from emails and spreadsheets into another system.

Checking documents

Invoices, orders or forms need manual checks because the existing software leaves gaps.

Putting reports together

Every week or month, someone collects figures from several sources and formats the same report.

Your own use case

A different task is taking up your team's time? Let's look together at whether automation could help.

Already partly automated? We can also look at the manual steps and corrections that remain.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is the automation plan for?

The call is for small and medium-sized businesses across industries that want to improve a recurring process. Before you invest, you learn what is technically possible, what potential there is, and roughly what it will cost.

What if the process is already partly automated?

Then we look at where the existing solution causes problems or leaves gaps. The plan shows how to fix errors, add missing steps, or connect existing systems more effectively.

What should we prepare for the call?

Bring one concrete process and one or two typical examples. Someone who knows the process from day-to-day work should join the call. You do not need a requirements document or technical materials.

What is included in the report?

The report includes technical options, an analysis of the potential, and an initial cost range. This gives you a first view of whether implementation could pay off.

Why is it free?

The plan is our way of getting to know each other. We use it to see whether and how we can help. You receive an initial assessment and then decide for yourself whether to continue. It does not create an engagement.

What about data protection and confidentiality?

For the plan, we need neither system access nor complete datasets. You only show us what you can share. We discuss everything else at an abstract level. We treat your internal processes as confidential as a matter of course.

Why diffcraft?

You speak directly with Georg Schwarz. As a researcher, he has conducted many interviews and is practiced at understanding professional processes before proposing a technical solution. He also brings practical experience in software development and automation. This lets us meet you where you are today.

Does this create any obligation?

No. The call and report are free and without obligation. You decide for yourself afterwards whether and with whom to continue.

One concrete process is enough

Which process costs your team time every week?

We go through the process together for 45 minutes. The next day, you receive possible technical approaches, an analysis of the potential, and a cost estimate.
